No. You can train with us no matter where you are on the spectrum of fitness. We have many members that had never trained before joining, three years later – they’re in fantastic shape!

Don’t worry. We start everyone off with the basics. Once you’ve mastered these, we’ll progress you at a speed that’s right for you, so you can keep progressing and enjoy your workouts no matter what.


That’s fine. We’ve worked with so many injuries over the years. We can work around an injury training the rest of your body whilst giving you rehab exercises to help your injury improve as fast as possible.
If you can’t do a certain exercise because it triggers your injury we know thousands more to choose from
