FAQs
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Some are just starting out, and some of them have been at this for a while. But they all started somewhere. Your goal is unique to you, and we never forget that. Your workouts are designed and tailored to what you need for both your ability and your goals.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with old injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles or back pain. We’re not physiotherapists, but we have a lot of experience of writing programs that can work around and ultimately improve any existing conditions.
No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. Forcing anyone into fitness is not what we’re about.
